Here I am, a certified coach – putting myself out there to inspire, serve and always continuing on my own personal journey and to help others to do the same!

A solicitor for over 30 years, I discovered I really enjoyed and got the most satisfaction from coaching my clients through quite difficult times in their lives.  Issues of self-esteem, self-worth, anger and many more fear-based emotions had to be tackled alongside the legal ones.

Tackling my own fear-based issues, I graduated as a life coach, and in doing so I not only learned about how to be an excellent life coach, but I also learned so much about me and the journey that I had already started upon in my personal life.  I identified my core values, which include freedom, joy, harmony and a willingness always to inspire and help others. Life coaching feeds into all of those values and enables me to be an effective life coach helping others to realise their freedom, joy and harmony.  It allows me to be consistently me honouring who I am and the values that I hold dear.

Realising that in my personal life too I was feeling unfulfilled and in need of a change, I decided with my husband, after more than 30 years, that it was time for us to go our separate ways.

Through love, understanding and respect for our daughter and each other, we managed a separation that has enabled us to continue as a family but in a different way and one that has meant we remain close friends who love and care for each other.

“It’s never too late to be whoever you want to be.  I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you find that you are not, I hope you have the strength to start over” – F. Scott Fitzgerald

What Others Say:

My career had taken a real downturn in the last 3 years, leadiing to me having to leave 2 jobs before I was ready. This left me feelinf dejected and I started lacking confidence. My finances were constantly in my overdraft. My relationship with my children was suffering as I had to prioritise my business in order to make ends meet. I began coaching with Lorna and as a result made an excellent start at a new job. I felt confident from day 1. Lorna enabled me to work on myself in order to have the right success tools to deal with challenges. Lorna helped me to manifest money on a daily basis and also encouraged me to spend more time with my children. I highly recommend her solution focused coaching. It is absolutely invaluable. I am so grateful to Lorna and her coaching package, it has been highly effective.
Lorna's style of coaching is the perfect blend of genuine encouragement and thoughtful challenge. She helped me to gain clarity in my loose ideas and confidence to move forward.

Having reached a crossroads in my life, I felt that Lorna established very quickly, through a carefully sequenced set of questions and listening to the answers, what the underlying issue actually was. Lorna has the ability to get to the nub of the issue in a sensitive, approachable and intelligent manner whilst showing empathy, courtesy and bring utterly professional as well as non-judgemental throughout. Lorna enabled me to ascertain for myself what I was ultimately concerned about. She gave me the skills to develop a thought process where I could have the self-confidence to deal with these issues head on. I feel that Lorna has enabled me to change my thought processes in other areas of my life as well, much for the better. I would highly recommend Lorna. I have never met anyone before who has the skill set to make me look at problems or situations in a more positive way. Lorna has given me the skills to always put a problem in its true context and given me the confidence to work through the issues myself. I now feel confident in my own thought processes and I am certainly happier, less stressed and I'm back to achieving my goals in life and my full potential. I am very grateful indeed.
