Here I am, a certified coach – putting myself out there to inspire, serve and always continuing on my own personal journey and to help others to do the same!
A solicitor for over 30 years, I discovered I really enjoyed and got the most satisfaction from coaching my clients through quite difficult times in their lives. Issues of self-esteem, self-worth, anger and many more fear-based emotions had to be tackled alongside the legal ones.
Tackling my own fear-based issues, I graduated as a life coach, and in doing so I not only learned about how to be an excellent life coach, but I also learned so much about me and the journey that I had already started upon in my personal life. I identified my core values, which include freedom, joy, harmony and a willingness always to inspire and help others. Life coaching feeds into all of those values and enables me to be an effective life coach helping others to realise their freedom, joy and harmony. It allows me to be consistently me honouring who I am and the values that I hold dear.
Realising that in my personal life too I was feeling unfulfilled and in need of a change, I decided with my husband, after more than 30 years, that it was time for us to go our separate ways.
Through love, understanding and respect for our daughter and each other, we managed a separation that has enabled us to continue as a family but in a different way and one that has meant we remain close friends who love and care for each other.
“It’s never too late to be whoever you want to be. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you find that you are not, I hope you have the strength to start over” – F. Scott Fitzgerald
